The O-Sensor series of optical position sensors designed and developed by Ognibene Power use optical technology to detect the central position of the hydraulic actuator rod. This enables the sensors installed on the steering cylinders to detect the correct alignment of the machine’s axles.

Optical sensors can be integrated into different types of actuators to enhance functionality. O-Sensors detect a black ring made with a special process on the cylinder rod’s surface.
