Customized manifolds

Walvoil Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HICs) were born to minimize the hydraulic connections’ lay-out in the machines.
Thanks to decades of experience, we can design and manufacture HICs able to meet our customers’ needs and we can offer the best solutions with reference to machine control functions, selection of components and optimized solutions.
Walvoil addresses all this experience to the different solutions on mobile and industrial machines, creating a real application partnership with customers. Together with our technical creativity, this is a way to achieve the highest performances and to increase the technological value.
HICs can be made in steel, aluminum, and cast iron, and allow the flanging of components and accessories not manufactured by Walvoil but part of the technological package (i.e.  fittings, CETOP valves, filters, etc..). Painting, anodizing or galvanizing are the types of surface protection offered.
The 100% of the HICs is hydraulically tested as for basic functions.
